Products shipped directly from China are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched. Please confirm your size before ordering.

1. Size Exchange 
✓ Free size exchange within 14 days of delivery for standard sizes
✓ Pre-paid return label provided via email
✓ Original tags must be attached with no signs of wear

2. Quality Issues
✓ Full refund for defects within 14 days (e.g. seam tears, fabric flaws)
✓ Return shipping cost covered by us
✓ Photo verification required within 48 hours of delivery

3. Non-Qualifying Items
⊗ Custom-made cheongsams (except for defects)
⊗ Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable”
⊗ Gifts without original receipt

4. Process 
① Email service@qipaoyi.com with order# + photos
② Receive approval & shipping instructions
③ Refund processed in 3-5 business days

5. Shipping fee description
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
